2. Definitions
Consumer: an individual acting wholly outside their trade, business, or profession.
Business Customer: any customer acting for business, professional, institutional, NHS, or commercial purposes.
Goods: all products supplied by the Company.
Contract: any agreement formed under these Terms.
3. Application & Acceptance
3.1 These Terms apply to all sales, whether placed via:
the website
email
telephone
purchase order
3.2 Any customer terms are expressly excluded, even if referenced in a purchase order or other documentation.
Purchase Order Supremacy Clause
Acceptance of any quotation, invoice, order confirmation, or delivery constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions, notwithstanding any conflicting customer terms.
4. Distance Selling & Online Contracts
4.1 Contracts formed online or remotely constitute distance contracts under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
4.2 All required pre-contract information is provided prior to checkout or order confirmation.
4.3 By placing an order, the Customer confirms acceptance of these Terms before purchase.
5. Contract Formation
5.1 Product listings and quotations are invitations to treat only.
5.2 A Contract is formed only when we issue written confirmation or dispatch the Goods.
5.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders prior to acceptance without liability.
6. Pricing & Taxes
6.1 Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
6.2 VAT is applied where legally required.
6.3 International Orders:
Import duties, customs charges, clearance fees, and local taxes (including VAT/GST) are not included.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
6.4 Failure to pay import charges does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.
7. Payment
7.1 Payment terms are as stated at checkout or on invoice.
7.2 Time for payment is of the essence.
7.3 We reserve the right to charge statutory interest and recovery costs under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
7.4 Title to Goods remains with the Company until payment is received in full.
8. Delivery & Risk
8.1 Delivery dates are estimates only.
8.2 Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery.
8.3 We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, force majeure, or supply chain disruption.
8.4 We may deliver Goods in instalments.
9. Inspection & Claims
9.1 Goods must be inspected immediately upon receipt.
9.2 Claims for shortages, damage, or incorrect Goods must be notified in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
9.3 Failure to notify constitutes acceptance of the Goods.
10. Consumer Right to Cancel (UK Consumers Only)
10.1 Consumers may cancel standard stock orders within 14 days of receipt.
10.2 Cancellation must be notified in writing.
10.3 Goods must be returned within 14 days of cancellation.
10.4 Return costs are the Consumer’s responsibility.
11. Cancellation Exemptions
Under Regulation 28, cancellation rights do not apply to:
Custom-made or personalised goods
Branded or embroidered workwear
Made-to-order items
PPE or hygiene-sensitive items once opened
All Business Customer orders
12. Business Customers
Business Customers have no statutory right to cancel once an order is accepted.
13. Limitation of Liability
13.1 Liability is limited to the value of the Goods supplied.
13.2 We exclude all indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
13.3 Nothing limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
14. Governing Law
English law applies.
Exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.

Delivery Policy
We ship worldwide.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Delivery charges are shown before checkout.
International Customers:
Responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees, and local charges.
Failed deliveries due to unpaid import charges remain chargeable.
Risk passes upon delivery.
3?? RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Returns & Refunds Policy
UK Consumer Orders
14-day cancellation applies to standard stock items only.
Goods must be unused and in resaleable condition.
Return postage is the Consumer’s responsibility.
Excluded Items
No returns for:
Custom or personalised workwear
Branded or embroidered garments
PPE once opened
Made-to-order items
Business Customers
No automatic right to return
Fault or mis-supply only
Claims within 48 hours of delivery
Remedies are limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.

Product Use Disclaimer
Aston Workwear does not provide professional, medical, or safety advice.
Customers are responsible for assessing suitability of Goods for their intended use.
PPE and workwear must be used in accordance with manufacturer instructions, risk assessments, and applicable regulations.
Liability is limited to supply of Goods only.

Acknowledge complaints within 2 working days
Aim to resolve within 5 working days
This policy applies to Consumer, Business, and public sector customers.
7?? NHS / FRAMEWORK SUPPLY POLICY
NHS & Framework Supply Policy
Orders placed under NHS, public sector, or framework agreements are non-cancellable once confirmed.
Industry-standard tolerances apply.
Goods must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery.
We accept no liability for downstream service disruption or clinical scheduling.

Prices are subject to change prior to order acceptance.

Overdue accounts may be placed on stop or referred for recovery.
Customers are liable for all reasonable recovery costs.

Goods are warranted to be free from manufacturing defects at delivery.
Warranty does not cover:
